I was helping with a three-day conference for 50+ people at a nice hotel (where most of the out-of-town attendees were staying) here in Tacoma. The organizer wanted everyone who was flying in to get picked up and dropped off. I panicked because there wasn't as much lead time as I would have liked, and... who even does that these days?

Turns out, All City does it. With flying colors.

Their flight tracking and communications with us and the passengers were timely, on point, friendly, and utterly impeccable. Kristi, All City's manager, was super helpful and always on top of everything. She also helped us save on costs while providing opportunities for attendees to connect with one another by grouping people with similar arrival/departure times together for their rides.

As a budget traveler, I'll always take my chances and hail a cab or call Uber on the fly when getting to and from the airport. But when you *can't* take chances and really need to make sure everyone's ride - or your special guest's ride - gets there and on time, All City's the way to go.

They were very accommodating.  They were polite and friendly.  The car was spotless.  The driver was courteous, friendly and a very competent driver.  We knew we did not want other types of car service but wanted a totally reliable, prompt, reputable car service at a reasonable price.  We highly recommend All City Airport Car Service!
